Don’t waste your money

The pool and hot tub were filthy. The room was small, which I know there’s nothing we can do about that. The window (we were on the second floor) had no screen, and it opened all the way. Not safe. The breakfast buffet is $14 a person?! Half the time you couldn’t find a person at the front desk. Most of the plug ins in the room didn’t work or were loose. The shampoo in the shower was empty the plug in mirror in the bathroom didn’t light up when plugged in. I could go on and on, it was terrible. I want my money back.

I liked the cleanliness and convenience of the location. Staff were very courteous and helpful. I didn’t like having to go down to the lobby to use the one microwave when I had a king suite with a refrigerator. Nor walking through poorly maintained parking lot that was covered in snow. The snow plow did a poor job leaving many areas unplowed making the area treacherous. Fortunately, the maintenance salted the sidewalks which was appreciated.

I stayed during a snow storm and the staff was just amazing. They had to stay of course but still were friendly and kind. My only downsides are no microwave in the room, you have to walk to the lobby. Then the shower was so slippery with no mat. I cant rate the staff high enough!
