When we checked in the first room we went to smelled horrible of smoke. I told the front desk and she gave us another room. When I got to the room my key opened the door and there was a man in the room which was startling and he said it was his room already. I went back to the desk and she gave us a third room that room smelled better but the floor was dirty and there was a window that the blind would not come down. Anyone in the building across from us could see in. The shower leaked from both sides onto the floor causing puddles and you could see where the wall was rotting away from water damage. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Hotels.com tried to get us a refund but no one answered at the hotel cause they were closed and no one was there for the holiday. It was a wasted money

Room was very clean when I got there. Clean towels, clean bedding. The staff are very friendly and came into the room everyday to take the trash out and sweep. They always made the bed and tidied up. Have guest laundry

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I just did not like being in a room without a window, and it was not as clean as expected. There was a turned over soda can on the side of the bed by the wall, and guy who helped us said our room was the last one to be cleaned; that is not clean and one of our pillow cases was dirty too.

Got a standard room and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the amenities in the room such as dishes and coffee. However, all the extra doors being locked was a big hassle to deal with and when I wanted to check out no one was at the front desk.

Was charged by the hotel on arrival despite having a prepaid room, have contacted the hotel directly and via Expedia who advised I was charged in error and would receive a refund but almost 2 weeks later I have still not received a refund.

Room was exceptionally clean. Staff was ready to help with anything we needed. We were in a basement apartment, which worked well with our pet. The only thing was being able to hear flushing from the upstairs unit. And only one chair at the table. I’m sure if we would’ve Thank you for the stay.
