The Sotetsu inn was very nice, rooms were smaller than we thought. But it was clean.We had to manage the space with our luggage to allow us to move around in the room. It was a tight space, but we managed. Very close to transportation, literally 50 feet away from the subway station entrance. Breakfast was good enough to get us by until a late lunch . The staff was very nice and pleasant and very accommodating. We had a wonderful time.

I had a good experience as always. Very convenient location in Shinjuku since it's right next to the subway station which serves Fukutoshjn and Oedo line. This is the only hotel I stay at in Tokyo. I highly recommend.

It is a lovely property and staff were very friendly. The room was clean and service was efficient. The air con worked well however it required some additional instructions given its not in English. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Tokyo with convenient access to transport and other key areas

Sotetsu fresa inn gave me everything i wanted. I stayed 3 nites. I asked the staffs about 5 times for services and each time they found what i needed within 2 minutes. The location is super convenient.. right on top of higashi shinjuku station. Within 3 minutes walk there is a supermarket. The facility is super modern.. very compact and very well designed
