Booked the deluxe twin room with sofa and had enough room for 3 people (two adults and a child.) Sink area of the bathroom was tight but fine. Biggest issue with the room was a gross odor that came from the room with the shower and tub which lasted our entire stay. Location has a starbucks and excelsior coffee shop in the adjacent building as well as a convenience store, drug store and some other restaurants. Extremely close to shiodome station and easy to use Shimbashi station as well. Small restaurants for dinner or walking around near Shimbashi station. Room and hotel seemed very clean. Good hairdryer provided for use. Hotel will not help with restaurant reservations until you have checked in. Overall, satisfied with the stay except for the smell from the shower/tub area of the bathroom.

The staff was a bit rude. The room was a size of a Cracker Jack box and for three people there really was no room to move per alone breaths. The hotel is so packed and the other guests, especially from China, are rude and inconsiderate. The block the elevator when you are trying to get in an out. Our room had mold in it so we woke up sick both days. I booked this hotel because they were highly rated. Ther is nothing highly rated about the staff or the service. Every hotel we have stayed at in Japan, during this 12 day trip, has had a seperate toilet area, wash area, and soaking tub. Not this one. This bathroom is smaller than the ones we’ve had on cruise ships. I do not recommend!!!

The hotel is in a nice location, close to many of the things we wanted to see. The room was clean, the staff was very accommodating and the breakfast at the restaurant they have an arrangement with is nice. The only issue is that the room felt like a cubicle. FYI: It’s in a business area, so most of the venues close early on weekends. Other than that, it was great!

Property was nice and clean. The lobby was stunning. The property is a bit of a walk away from the train station but very easy to get to via underground walkways. The property is also nearby Tsukiji and a beautiful park worth strolling early in the morning (while everyone else is still waking up).
