This is a good well run hotel Rooms not very big bathrooms a real squeeze and rooms could do with a bit more light. But great staff good restaurant attached and a good location between Shinjuku and Koreatown but not as crowded an area. Metro next door a plus even if not the most frequent service.

I travel a lot and really liked this hotel . At first blush seems nondescript but so has a great 6 night stay there . Very efficient and lovely little room ( solo ) and utterly lovely staff and amenities , quieter area of Shinjuku - but a short walk to the sublime chaos of the area . First time in Tokyo but I would be happy stay there again . Kind of an under the radar option- great value .

A comfortable stay and a comfortable room. The hotel is conveniently next to the subway station. Far enough away from the noise and commotion but close enough to get to the busy areas. The breakfast was filling with Japanese and western options but the same food everyday. Great service at the front desk. Great location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, for my first visit to Japan. The staff were excellent, really helpful and reception was well equipped with amenities. The hotel was conveniently located next to the metro station, near lots of restaurants. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was really quiet enabling a good nights rest after a busy day. I will definitely stay there again.

Overall stay was okay. The best feature was how close they were to the train station, but I think you are able to find better hotels in the Tokyo area for around the same price. Overall the structure of the hotel was very old and the amenities they provided were quite average. The staff was nice and friendly though!
