This is a good well run hotel Rooms not very big bathrooms a real squeeze and rooms could do with a bit more light. But great staff good restaurant attached and a good location between Shinjuku and Koreatown but not as crowded an area. Metro next door a plus even if not the most frequent service.

Friendly helpful staff, rooms with great air conditioning. Breakfast buffet good, shops and restaurants nearby. Subway station few feet away… excellent for getting around and super easy to use. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit

The staff were so helpful and nice, the food at the buffet was very good, and though the hotel rooms are small, they were perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Staff at front desk wa s very helpful. Hotel provides lots of things ourisy information bog plus. Location of hotel being next to subway extrance was big plus. Location was ok, still need a bit of walking to center of Sinjuku. Restaurant associated w this hotel does not open till 10am. Not a lot of breakfast choices nearby but probably a characteristics of local resudences. Room small size by western standards but still works.

This was my first time in Japan and after reading the reviews I chose this hotel, the best decision ever. Although the rooms are small, which apparently is very typical of Japan, everything was super clean and comfortable. Front desk was friendly. There is a convenience store and a metro station with elevator at the corner of the hotel (two minutes walking). Would stay here every time, fully recommended.

Good location right next to B2 exit from Higashi Shinjuku metro station. Easy walk to main Shinjuku area. Good food options nearby. Room was fine. Airconditioning was super cold - just the way I like it. Buffet breakfast in restaurant was also fine. We enjoyed our 5 night stay here.
