Housekeeping bad, don't provide new towel/toothbrush unless ask & requeat to pick up from reception. Even after putting the sign to make up the room they did not. Bed is hard & only provide one pillow each pax. Staff onsite unfriendly and not helpful. Location is far from everywhere. Free transport back to hotel from disney don't make sense as firework end 9pm & last transport 9.30pm. Dirver saw us running for the bus but just left. Dryer is not working well after setting for an hour it's still wet

Can’t rate staff and their service as I didn’t talk to anyone. Anyhow, I booked this hotel for it’s uniqueness and free shuttle to Maihama station. Since I wasn’t able to talk to anyone, I did know how to get the free number for the shuttle. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do the free shuttle (by the way, I was there at the lobby 30mins before departure) the number to take the number is gone. So be aware that they could release this much earlier. So instead I took the cab and for reference, I paid ¥3400 in the morning and evening I paid ¥4600 since the evening rate was applied. If you could find a nearer hotel for Disneyland, maybe better to find a much nearer to Maihama station or train line that goes there.

There should be options for English translations throughout, including for the TV. It would be helpful to have settings and information available in English so that people can easily understand everything. Additionally, it’s important to provide heating for the rooms and to vary the breakfast options instead of serving the same items every day.

The dinosaurs were the most fun part of this hotel. The beds were kind of hard, but a lot of room for suitcases. I thought the shuttle bus would run more often to Disney.

The rooms were kept well and the staff were helpful ! Everyone does well to keep the hotel running. I enjoyed the breakfast and the snack hour. There’s also a night hour for adults. Very convenient to also have a bus to ride to disney !

The staff was friendly and was there to assist when needed. Breakfast was included as well as in laundry unit. They had their cocktail hour and coffee tine which i really liked. The only bad thing is the room was too small and not enough space for your luggage. Pack lightly
