Clean room super close to a subway station. The room is small, which is normal for Tokyo, but could be tough if you have multiple large luggage. APA are always equipped with all the amenities to help make your stay comfortable and have everything you need.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The primary reason is its location. It is located immediately next to the Sengakuji subway station, with direct non-stop service to/from the HND airport. The price is reasonable. The room size, service, and room cleanliness are comparable to other APA hotels. The only drawback is that the public bath can be VERY crowded during peak hours, and there are only 2 sets of washer/dryer machines for 20 floors of guests. The dryers didn't seem to function well, probably due to being overly used. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its price/location. Anything else, there is nothing to write home about.

The room was way too small and compact. There was hardly any room to walk around, the pillows are flatter than pancakes, there wasn’t a do not disturb sign available to indicate I do not wish to be bothered. By day three, my AC was cut off… the only air that was blowing was heat, no bueno. I was in the room airless… the room was hot, I had to crack my door open to let in some cool air. If it wasn’t because the hotel next door had no vacancy, I would definitely not have stayed here. For the future, I will not be returning to stay at this hotel.

The stay was fine. I picked the hotel for the location. It was fairly easy to get to Haneda airport. It's definitely a business hotel. Built for efficiency not for comfort. It met those needs. I wouldn't stay there long term.

We stayed in early Oct 2025. First- the front desk staff is beyond amazing. I lost my phone on a trip one day, the following morning, while checking out, we spoke to the staff about what happened. I don’t know her name, but instantly dropped everything else to help. Although she didn’t speak English we communicated via google translate. She called the restaurant we went to, police station, and anywhere else she could think of. Absolutely incredible service. 10 out of 10!!!! As for the hotel - it is very close to subway stations, and other amenities. It’s super clean, and the room was very comfortable. We would ABSOLUTELY stay again.
