When we arrived was advised the bottom 2 available rooms are used with pets no problem. That was not what we experienced. The room had a very strong smoke smell. I had to put on a Kn95 mask due to allergies due to smoke. No blanket sheets wrinkled. Them about 10pm people yelling next door avd walking the outside. Last thing is limited tv channels about 30 really. We have stayed at Best Western before but never again.

When we walked into our room there was a foterrible order which I associate with mold. My husband started coughing and sneezing and felt ill. Mold is unhealthy and can cause health issues. Please speak to Ashley at the property.

Just ok for one night stay

Excellent customer service at a rather rundown Best Western. The breakfast was tasty but the room very small. The room we reserved was not available so we were put in a suite but without quite enough beds (King instead of 2 Fulls) so I slept on a pull out that was pretty uncomfortable. For a one night stay it's ok. I would not recommend for any longer.

For the first time in the years I've used Hotels.com, we booked a stay in which we didn't feel safe. Hotel looked nothing like the pictures. Smelled like old cigarettes, and people in rooms around us looked sketchy, to say the least.

I always enjoy my stay here. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. The rooms are clean. Biggest complaint are the pillows. They deflate. Aside from that, I enjoy staying here when visiting.

Your sound proofing is terrible. On the first night, people upstairs were moving furniture and stomping their feet all night. Several guests complained, but your staff did nothing. On the second night, a party next door kept us awake until 2am. Will never stay at your hotel again.

Workers were amazing!! But rooms were very dated. Our first room smelled of Mildew and was musty. Wasn’t a fan of that for my toddler. We asked to switch and they switched us. Much better. Breakfast was crowded and not great options.

The floor was a little dirty, the sheets had some stains on them, and the beds weren't the most comfortable. I felt like the bed was going to break when my husband and I both laid down. I did enjoy the very low price for the room, and it was a quiet night. The parking was convenient, we were able to park right outside our room. The breakfast area could have been a little bigger, or not as condensed. I felt like I was standing over people eating their breakfast while I was waiting for my waffle to get done, and you couldn't get through the line without tripping over a chair or another person in the room.

Somewhat updated but smelly mildew in rooms

For the price paid this was definitely a one star as our discounted rate was just over $200 but this was a $50 hotel just about anywhere else I’ve ever been. Rooms were incredibly mildew smelling that you never even got used to and had to keep your suitcase closed so you didn’t end up having all of your possessions. Stinking like old mildew. The AC unit was an ancient noisy but worked. Don’t plan on getting any sleep because of it. Our location was very quiet, even though next to the highway, and that was its only positive side. The pillows were about 12“ x 12“ and the hotel could not provide more than what the room was equipped with which you would need at least two more per person as you need to put one over your head to try to sleep. Chair in room was shredded. Pealing laminate surfaces. Moldy filter in bathroom.

The worst room I have stayed in. The room keys didn’t work so we were moved to a different room which also had access issues. The tv was too difficult to operate which one of the hotel employees confirmed - because of a new cable provider. The furniture was stained and worn. There was diarrhea splatter on the toilet seat and rust in the sink. I. Need a refund.
