Very upset about being told we were breaking florida law for eating in the common lobby area. No signs posted that it is a restaurant, no signs you can't eat there. Hotel guest paying $350.00. Then no coffee, machine broke. Phone call to the room, pir kids are to loud. No lids in our party, 2 adults over 64. Then told. Oh sorry wrong room after they woke us up. No coffee with breakfsdt service. Just not a goid stay at all.

Good and bad

First the deadbolt would pop-out every time you would open the door from the inside, spoke with front desk about it and they said it happens all the time. Second the air conditioner will go down to 68 degrees, that is fairly warm and uncomfortable sleeping temperature for myself, no one on the property can do anything to it even the maintenance man. Third I had to go down every morning and ask for new towels and wash clothes, that we’re supposed to be delivered to my room, but for some reason every night I had to go back down and ask for them again…Fourth the shower was very nice but the door doesn’t close all the way and it leaks water all over the bathroom floor
