Very clean property and room. Got an upgrade and that was a pleasant surprise! Staff very helpful and friendly. Easy access to many things such as Cocoa Beach Pier (within walking distance-less than a mile), the beach (could see if from the top floor of the garage (and got to see Artemis II launch from there!), easy shopping choices around, as well as places to eat. Prices reasonable around the area and Ron Jon Surf Shop right across the street! They also had their own surf shop on the premises with reasonable prices for the location. This stay was an excellent choice! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.
