Mid at best. Not worth it for one night.

We only stayed here one night. Because of the weather though we didn’t end up using any of the amenities that we thought we might- the pool, lazy river, beach. It was cold and windy and pools were all closed. So since we didn’t use any amenities the price ended up not being worth what we paid for a basic studio room. We had one window that looked out to the open corridor, so we never opened up the blinds since people walking past could see in to our room. So it left the room feeling dank and dark. The room also smelt damp. The wind blew through the coridor and under the door and whistled all day and night. Thankfully we brought a noise machine to cover this and the dripping AC from the unit above us. We had a studio with a pull out couch and there were no linens for the pull out. When I called to ask for some it seemed as if they had not delivered. About an hour later they texted to ask if everything was good and I mentioned we hadn’t gotten linens still. They had put them outside our door in a garbage bag and didn’t even knock. The lobby also has some sort of scent pumped into it that was nauseating to say the least. This could have been an OK stay but wasn’t worth it in the end. plan on coming longer than overnight if you want your moneys worth.

We booked a room for three, expecting two double beds. Was given room with a king bed and a couch. Couch was massively uncomfortable, so we requested a change. Resort upgraded us to a suite with two beds at no extra charge. We were very grateful! The pool area is wonderful and the beach is an easy walk. Perfect for families cruising out of the port.

We were here for only 2 nights, previous to our cruise. We arrived after 15 hours travel with zero sleep the night before, we appreciated being able to check in previous to the 4:00 arrival time. While waiting for the rom we were able to use of the pool, order food, drinks etc. However, was told at the time 1:25, that a cleaning lady was directly sent to the room & would be available "very shortly", being sleep deprived we certainly appreciated this, however hadn't expected it (excited to get some much needed sleep). We ate at the restaurant, then had a quick swim, checking back with front desk every 45 minutes or so, with finally being allowed to the room at 3:57. (so not very shortly after 1:25). Being up front about time of being let in the room would have been appreciated. We observed multiple other guests with the same situation; the front desk girls handled the complaints professionally though-but why is this protocol? We did find the outside bar area extremely short staffed both days, with the tables not being cleaned regularly, and the wait for service long- My overall opinion, is that if the bar was staffed well, the sales would have doubled if not tripled, as the wait was long for both food and drinks, (12-15 minutes each time, for a simple lemonade or iced tea)

OK place missing a heart

The staff is slow and not very knowledgeable. Try to ask about the Kennedy space port next door - for a blank stare. They try to get you into a time share lecture though. Otherwise, nice apartments in ghost town.

Property was very nice. Pool and slide etc were fun! Lots of lounge chairs and tables. Rooms were nice with a comfortable bed and amenities. Make sure you don't book a studio because that doesn't have a balcony or view. Be prepared to have a hard sell come on you if you opt to listen to the timeshare meeting. Some staff are great and some are grouchy. Hit or miss. We would stay here again but just not go to the timeshare meeting.

Fun amenities for kids

Super fun amenities for the kids. However, be aware that any other day activities are extra but the prices are not listed until you go to do them (not so great when a child is present). Room had a slight damp odor to it, bed was extremely uncomfortable and the a/c unit was very loud it kept waking me up every time it kicked on. Thankfully, we were only spending one night here. The restaurant was good, arcade was fun and unfortunately, the hot tubs were under construction, so that was a bummer.

This was a pre-cruise stay so it was super convinient as the resort is right across the street from Terminal 1. We had a beach facing unit and were lucky enough to not only see the beach, with a 2 minute walh to the beach and as a bonus was even able to see the Space X launch ftom our balcony. The 2 bedroom suite easily accomodated 6 adults and it was modern and clean. We only stayed for 2 nights, wished we could have stayed a couple more nights. The staff were very helpful and the grounds and pool areas were great. Great onsite restaurant and walking distance to many more restaurant options at the cruise terminals. Will definitely book again on my next cruise out of Port Canaveral.
