It's a big hotel but it was under renovation so there's construction stuff everywhere. Other than that it was an ok place. It looks like they're trying to improve the place which once it's all done it'll be pretty nice

Bed was very comfortable. There was a hotel-wide renovation in progress. Many common areas were closed off. The highlight of our stay were the oxylotals.

They are renovating right now so alot of amenities are not there. I got a lot of emails telling me what wasn't available, but we just needed a place to sleep and this was perfect. Room was huge, beds comfortable. Bathroom not so clean and due to allergies to mould ,I notice things like that . But it is all fixable. Close proximity to Tillamook cheese factory and Fred Meyers right across the road. As stated they are doing renovations so it's a bit chaotic but if you just want to have a place to rest this is more than adequate.

Staffing at night was nice, granted when we checked in our first room didnt have a tv remote. So we got a different room, tv worked fine since it had a remote. Cold showers though since it didnt turn completely. Staff during day came off rude, "if you dont move your truck, ill be calling the cops". I stayed there last year and had no issues, this year issues all around. Definitely not staying bere again

As soon as reservation was made, I started getting messages from the hotel that they are undergoing renovation, there is no longer a pool or spa, and there will be no breakfast. When we arrived, the rooms were dirty with clothing left from previous occupants. Not a good experience.

Nice if you don’t have anywhere else to go

The staff was great, she was really sweet and helpful. They have a fish tank with 3 axolotl’s! The room itself is a slight upgrade from a motel 6. The room is a decently sized but the floor is not carpeted. The door slams shut. The bed was not comfortable, and made a lot of noise. The bathtub was dirty therefore I did not use it. The pull out couch was nice. The pool and sauna are permanently closed.

We showed up and decided we didn’t even want to stay. The parking lot alone was shady….didn't want my vehicle broken into. Left and never returned to check-in.

Met all tlparents needs.

I made this reservation for my parents who were visiting family for a wedding. They said the room was and the staff super helpful and friendly. I can't ask for more than that.
