TERRIFIC location. Easy walk to beautiful beach. Cabin is a notch above camping. Bathroom with shower curtain as a door. Cramped. Check in was easy, but when we got there the Internet wasn’t working. That’s a big problem because there’s no cell service for a few miles. I had to drive to the office to tell them and they said it’s been down all day and the repair folks won’t be out until the next day. Stuff happens, I get it, but please tell guests ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. I felt lost without access to the outside world. Couldn’t even find restaurant to eat at that evening without Internet. If you go, grocery shop before you come out, in Tillamook. No good grocery store near cabin. Hot water heater needs to be turned up, showers were uncomfortably lukewarm.

The view is great Location is beautiful. The bathroom is very tiny and a bit claustrophobic. The steps into the cabin aren't very safe and the entry has loose parts that are easy to trip over. There was mold in the shower and if you're tall you won't fit in it. Not worth the cost per night.

Favorite vacation spot. We along with others love to come here annually or more often. The cabins are rustic outside, and nice inside. The new owners are updating inside as they go. Excellent Ocean view & short walk to beach. Minimal traffic.

The check in was a little confusing. The instructions I received from the email was to pick up the keys from another location. When we arrived at the location, I called the management phone number since the office was closed. To be fair , we got to the office before the check in time but we just wanted to be sure we were in the right place. Manager told us that we should have gotten an email about a code and the cabin number. I calmly told her that I did not receive an email about that. She instructed us to drive to the location of the cabin and check if the housekeeper is done cleaning, then we can go in. When we got to Oceanside, our cabin was not yet ready and there is no wifi connection, so we couldn’t call the manager. The housekeeper though , is an angel. She got my husband the wifi code and was able to call the manager and confirm our cabin number. The housekeeper did a marvelous job cleaning the cabin and she was so apologetic that it was taKing her so long, but we didn’t mind. We went to the beach and came back at a later time. We tipped her well because she went over and beyond her duties and the company is lucky to have her work for them. She’s a gem.

you can't beat the proximity and access to our favorite beach. That being said, the cabins were probably built in the 60's, and not remodeled since. Pretty run down. Very minimal kitchen supplies - not even a toaster. Shower is only a trickle. Would be wonderful if they'd update, but then would probably cost too much. Also a pain having to check in 3 or so miles away in Netarts.

The cabins are run down and not very clean. This was our second visit and the cabin we stayed in this time has not been dusted or wiped down in a long time. The trim going into one of the bedrooms is coming off and the mold on the shower is coming through the thin cheap paint. The choice to use black caulking in the shower was not a good decision. The couch was comfortable and the beds and linens are nice. I think the cleaning crew works hard to keep things white and that I appreciate. I assume it was Mary who stopped to ask if we needed anything, she was friendly and professional. The kitchen needs more cooking utensils. There is a plastic spatula and ladle but only a metal spoon. It was difficult to cook and not scrape the teflon on the sauce pans. The toaster needs replaced, the flap on the bottom won’t stay closed. Even though the conditions are poor there is something about these cabins that bring comfort and peace to me and my husband. We are scheduled to visit again in November hoping to see the king tides.

The location was great. However, the bedding was very uncomfortable and outdated. There were no outlets in the bedroom areas and very little options elsewhere. If these units were updated, it would be more worthy of the price they charge.

Location was the only redeeming quality. Room was run down, upkeep was shoddy at best. I can get a better room, for substantially less. Terrible checkin, had to drive to Netarts for check in.

We just returned from an unforgettable long weekend at the Oceanside beachfront cabins, and I can’t say enough good things about this little slice of coastal heaven. Nestled right along the shoreline, the views are nothing short of spectacular—panoramic ocean vistas from sunrise to sunset, with the soothing sound of waves providing the perfect soundtrack to your stay. The cabins are perfectly rustic and full of charm, striking that ideal balance between authentic beachside simplicity and all the comforts you need. Everything was thoughtfully stocked and set up for a relaxing escape. It felt like we were stepping back to a simpler time, without sacrificing convenience. One of the best parts? It’s incredibly dog-friendly. Our pups had the time of their lives running along the beach just steps from our door, and we loved not having to leave them behind. Whether we were sipping coffee on the deck or watching the stars come out by the fire, every moment felt special. If you’re looking for an authentic coastal retreat with breathtaking views and a laid-back vibe, this is the spot. We’re already dreaming about our next visit.

We liked the location, close to Beach. We did not like the run down Accommodations, Shower was unusable and leaking, Bathroom fan Inoperable, Kitchen Sink leaking, TV Inoperable, Dry Rot in Floor very uncomfortable furniture. Problems Reported to Property Manager and we were told we would be Discounted $100 for the TV not working. We have not received any Discount.

One night stay, cabin 21. The location was great. The communication about how to get the keys was great. The cabin could definitely use some updating. If you are I’ve 6ft tall, I would not stay here. The ceilings get shorter as you move from entry living space to the kitchen to the bathroom. The shower head is maybe 5ft tall. The comforter had hair all over it. We could not use it. The pillow cases had some hair and stains. Luckily we decided to bring our own pillows. The sheets had some stains but no hair. The shower might have been clean but it looks really rough. We decided to skip showers for the night. The cleanliness of the bed and shower just did not give us a lot of confidence in our stay.

Great location near the beach with easy beach access. These old school cabins are clean and coxy with all the essentials for spending a few days cooking for yourself and spending time on the beach. They are in need of considerable exterior maintenance (wooden steps, decks, paint, trim replacement, metal railings, etc.). The heating system has been replaced and is ok once the room is warmed up but takes a while to do that - marginal for the size of the cabin we had.

The road was closed to the property so we could not get there. This was not disclosed when I called them prior to booking. I got an email stating a key would have to be picked up at a different location and with the detour would add 2 additional hours of driving. I would not have booked this place had I known all this and we were unable to even get to the room and could not stay the night.
