Nice room, very comfortable. Didn’t like the overall setup of the hotel though. Basically it looks like it use to be a motel where the rooms open up to the outside….the reception area is in one building , the other facilities are in another …I realize it’s hacienda style , but I just didn’t care for it

From the time you walk in they make you feel like family. They pay attention to details. Specifically customer service and making you feel like you never left home. They walk you to your room and let you know any problems just let us know. I give it a 110 percent.

No outlet in the bathroom, no hair dryer, I told them in reception do not clean the room but they open the door to leave towels without authorization from me, in the pool girls in topless, families with children, not coming back to this hotel !!

This is a new hotel. It was a 3 night stay for my wife and I. The exterior of the hotel is very nice and attractive. They have a nice pool and patio area. The staff is very friendly. The housekeeping situation, however, needs to be improved. Both mornings that we recieved housekeeping service.......they would forget replenish soap and enough towels for both of us. There is a coffee maker in the room but they would forget to replenish the coffee for the coffee maker. We had to go find the housekeepers to get these items. Guest do not like to be inconvenienced and frustrated for these type of things. They also did not clean the bathroom the second morning we were there. There is a great restaurant, El Portero, in the front of the hotel that we strongly recommend. It is so convenient to the hotel. The breakfast buffet we had on the Saturday morning we checked out.......was terrible. Most of the food was obviously leftover from their restaurant from the day before. It was breakfast but they were serving day old chinese food, sushi and other leftover food from the day before. The only thing fresh were scrambled eggs, bacon and some fruit. We were very disappointed with the buffet and it was not free. Had to pay for that. We should have gone to the restaurant. Not sure if we will stay at this hotel again. Many other great ones to choose from in Tijuana.
