We will definitely stay here again, however, there is no refrigerator in the room and it is not very big room. The hotel grounds are really nice, but lots of construction in the area.

Todo muy bien como siempre. Es un hotel que elijo cuando viajo a Tijuana solo que esta vez el servicio al hacer check out el sábado 23 de agosto a las 9 am fue de un trato descortés y hasta grosero de parte de una recepcionista mujer que le dije haría check out, le di número de habitacióny mi nombre y se quedaba viendo la computadora y haciendo otras cosas. Nos tenía esperando a mi Hijo y a mí sin decir nada, ni nos volteaba a ver hasta que le pregunté si nos entregaría recibo o si ya había quedado el check out y solo volteo y dijo : si ya se pueden ir. Lo comento porque me gusta el hotel pero si deberían cuidar el servicio al cliente tanto al recibir como al despedir. Uno paga por ello también .. ojalá tengan más cuidado en el trato
