Cheap, clean, comfortable but in need of refurb!
The restaurant has been refurbished and we had a lovely meal with excellent service. The hotel is sadly in need of similar treatment and the bathroom refurbishment is overdue. However, it was cheap, clean and comfortable, and served our purpose.

Refurb Desperately Needed!
This hotel needs a refurbishment. The room was dated and grotty.The carpets are dirty, and the coffee station top was damaged. The bed linen was thin and cheap. No pillow covers and very flimsy pillows. I had to put wn extra pillow in the case to make it bearable but that wasn't acceptable. Duvets are far too thin.The room was so hot when we got in there, and were unable to open winows as on the ground floor. The shower was really hard to switch on and had no power. The toilet wouldnt flush properly. Breakfast was acceptable, although eggs were overcooked. £24 for 1 adult and 2 children is a lot for Breakfast. This should have been included. Staff very helpful. No complaints there. We only stayed for 1 night, but any longer and we would have had to move hotels as room just not comfortable and didn't feel clean.

Short stay, but long walks on the doorstep.
Staying while attending the University of Surrey. Very convenient location and was able to get to Royal Surrey site in 15 minutes, much easier than coming from Farnham. Rooms comfortable, appear to be going through refurbishment, but comfortable stay with hospitable staff.
