Found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Their breakfast is perfect for a free breakfast, especially when you have athletes moving to events in the morning. The rooms are clean. The grounds are clean. Recommend this property.

The place is ok. Easy check in and check out. There was no more confitioner, body wash and facial tissue when we got in but the service was fast when we ask for it. Temperature control in our room was broken and hot tub was under repair and so is the other elevator. Their hot breakfast was ok, limiting their bacon (haha). Not so much of selections though. The breakfast room was a bit dark. Facility and room is clean. I love their lobby.

When I checked in there was ZERO information about the property. I was given my key & sent to my room. The reason I chose this property was the pool & hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t working.. disappointing & the pool was VERY COLD. Also only 1 of the 2 elevators was working. They truly need the front counter staff retrained in order to make guests aware of the free breakfast, specials at the on site restaurant, pool & hot tub facilities. Very poorly organized by front counter staff. Will stay at the Ramada in future.

Very clean, very quiet. Rooms are BIG. No complaints at all. Staff are helpful and very friendly. Breakfast included had everything you could ask for. If you're staying in Olds, this is the place.

There were to 2 shortcomings about our stay which are by no means permanant issues at the hotel. The hot tub wasn't available to use which wasn't communicated. One of the elevators was broken - with the hotel being very busy the wait times for use were quite drastic. Wi-fi was very slow and sometimes nonexistent. All first world problems forsure. Other than that our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if/when in Olds.
