The property itself was lovely—everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and during my stay, several hockey teams were also booked at the hotel. While the staff did their best to manage the situation, the teams were often loud and disruptive, even playing hockey in the hallways. Although the staff made repeated efforts to intervene, the noise would resume once they moved to other floors. This was certainly not the staff’s fault, but it did impact my ability to relax and get a good night’s sleep. If I were to stay again, I would definitely try to avoid hockey weekends. The pool was lovely and relaxing before the teams arrived, but once they were around, it became far too crowded and chaotic.

Big Room!

Spacious room! PARKING LOT FULL! Street parking on a Service Road. Breakfast Sausages were not good. No flavour or texture, almost limp. Same for the coffee... Limp. If hotels are making the Breakfast a feature to attract new business, they had better step up. Just a 10-20% improvement would let the Breakfast feature do it's intended job. Id stay here again, although this hotel is priced very high in the summer season. Comfortable bed and pillows. Big Pool!
