It’s an okay hotel my bed was pretty firm (hard) but getting to it is relatively easy. It appears to be very popular with families so if you’re looking for a quiet classier place this may not be it. If you have kids this appears to be the place to be.

This is my go to place to stay whenever I am in Red Deer! The staff are super friendly, the rooms are clean, it’s quiet despite being by the road and the breakfast is amazing!

We were placed in a room that had been smoked in and stunk. When asked to be moved as the smell was giving me a headache. At first we were told that tthere was no other rooms avaialbe as they werw fully booked. We were getting ready to leave the hotel and got a call thaf they could move us to a different room. We had requested our group be together and we were not. Not even before the move. Not sure i will stay again. I cannott eat a buffet breakfast and they dont provide a menu for breakfast. Went to mcdonalds down the road

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. But this time we arrived at hotel a little earlier then check in. We went to the front desk and asked if we can possibly check in the person at the front desk advised us that the room that was assigned to us was ready but we would have to pay a additional 50% extra to check in a little earlier. This was ridiculous this hotel has gone down hill in the last year with their hospitality we will not stay here again
