Great spot in Rocky Mountain House

The hotel was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were very nice quality. All the details were taken care of, including the breakfast buffet which was very good.

Convenient location but not right on the highway. Spacious room and comfortable bed. The HVAC was updated and very efficient especially due to changing weather we experienced during our stay. Nice breakfast, simple but fresh and everything was replenished often.

Very nice property, staff friendly & polite... the only issue i had, is that booked I a room with 2 bedrooms...not just 2 rooms Other than that its was do able...appently mattress on fold out couch could have been more comfortable But over all very good

Very nice stay. I will definitely use again if in the area. Coming in on a bike it would have been nice to park under the covered entrance. Many hotels offer that at check in which is really appreciated.

I liked that the room was quiet, the bed was decent, the air conditioning worked excellently. The room and the building is old and tired, stair hallways stink; needs a full reno. The washing machine sign stated 20 min per load when asked about it, as the washer was full of water with the clothes in it and seemed to be stuck in the middle of the cycle could they call maintenance, I was told nothing could be done about it. staff over the weekend did not clean our room, when asked for wash clothes and a Kleenex box, they didn’t understand what was being asked of them. There is very limited space for breakfast. The tables were VERY sticky I grabbed a wet soapy rag to clean the two tables we needed to no avail. Everyone’s plates and napkins stuck to the table.

The hotel was experiencing issues with their fire alarm which resulted in a 4:00am alarm and evacuation, followed by an hour of waiting outside for the fire dept. to clear the building from the false alarm. Not the good night’s sleep you hope for.

The property was clean the staff very friendly. Unfortunately the fire Alarm went off around 4:00 in the morning forcing everyone out in the parking lot for an hour and a half while the fire department tried to find the source of the alarm. The breakfast was ok decent selection to choose from.
