Cobwebs on the windows, and spiderwebs on the curtains attached to the walls. No instructions on how to operate the tv or the air conditioning. Took clean towel from the rail only to find long black hair inside fold on towel, ( myself and my guest both have blond hair) Asked for decaf tea when at breakfast and server forgot!!

Stayed at this hotel a few years back so had no problem booking again. Sadly the property has been badley neglected. Public areas dirty, carpets worn out and bad smell of blocked drains. Dirty tables and floor in resturant. Didn't bother complaing at the time. Staff must be sick of fending of complaints.

Room was clean, staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, two heaters provided so nice and warm, lots of towels. Could've done with a few more pillows for the bed and I couldn't find the TV remote.

Untidy, dirty room. Ridiculous that the hotel cannot get a discount from the local parking facility. Outrageous amount. Balcony was dirty and too close to other guests. Hotel needs refurbishments. Fantastic location but wasted opportunity. Beds were uncomfortable.

Our first room had stains on the carpet which looked like vomit. We were given a different room which was marginally better better but the shower cubicle was dirty and had hairs in the tray so we didn’t use it. Overall, the property was tatty and we definitely wouldn’t recommend staying there

Breakfast was really nice, loads of choice and tasty. Staff were lovely, polite, professional and well mannered. Room was very nice and spacious, had a good night sleep and good selection of complimentary drinks. My only criticism was my shower wasn't powerfull with heat , the pole holding the shower head came loose and the carpet in my room had a few stains which was off putting, needs sorting out and cleaning properly to remove dark patches.
