Smoothest hotel stay I can recall. Both the female receptionist in the evening and her male colleague in the morning were friendly and super helpful. I can't recommend the hotel enough. The views from the room were gorgeous, too.

Lovely hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The food in the restaurant was excellent, with a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel. Very lucky with the weather and the terrace is a perfect spot! Only downsides: on arrival there was used tissue on floor of bedroom, no conditioner in the shower and a little noisy (maybe room positioning) Staff were attentive and very friendly

Impressive view

We have stayed at Seven a few times. It is close to the City Centre but in a quiet area. The Car park is handy. We had booked an accessible room but the bed, although a double looked tiny so asked if there was a room with a bigger bed. The very nice man on Reception upgraded us to a King with Estuary view. We will stay again I am sure.

Hotel is being advertised as luxury boutique. There is no luxury. But it is at least clean and modern. Simple rather small rooms. No bathrobes provided. No spa, pool or gym. There is a bar and a restaurant. Restaurant seems to be very popular. Food is better than stereotypical UK fish and chips. Served and presented very nicely, maybe this is what "luxury" means. But as far as taste goes - not so much. Chef seems to think that adding a lot of butter can mitigate lack of flavor and dryness of fish and meats.

Pretty much faultless, the food offerings were very nice - I had one breakfast and one lunch both terrific, and the staff unendlessly helpful. The room was nice with a good view of the sea etc. very relaxed atmosphere and clearly a class above most hotels

good BUT need advice

The stay was good, No complaints but I have yet to be refunded my deposit of 50£ when arriving at the hotel. Please let me know what I should do as it was a great night but I’ve not been given any directions on how I will get that back

Beautiful Hotel. Few tweaks and would be amazing!

Brilliant service, very friendly. We extended our stay for an additional night. Ate in the restaurant on the afternoon, food was amazing! Only feedback is they could do with some powerpoints in the bar/lounge area to enable business customers to be able to work. We ended up having to work in the restaurant, which was ok for us, but wouldn't be possible when it's busy as they would need the table. Couple of the tables in the bar could do with being swopped for high level tables with power points. The design of the bathroom with the wet room spraying out isn't the best or you need a squeegee or extra bath mat.

The staff were very professional and accommodating. Rooms were pretty soundproof. I stayed on a very cold, stormy and wet night, the room has fantastic heating. The bathroom had underfloor heating. Good lighting in the room and bathroom. Shower was powerful and good temperature control. Staff were friendly, very professional, provided excellent service and the restaurant had a lovely view of the sea front
