Reception staff very pleasant and helpful also one came to our room to sort a couple of small difficulties. Took a little while for the room to warm up but then comfortable. Another great experience all staff very warm n welcoming. Dinner service n offering was good standard. Good value. Comfortable stay. Cleanliness was let down by uncleaned TV remote and some areas of hotel need some maintenance i.e. damaged corner protection along corridor.
