As an airport hotel they should cater for early flights. The takeaway breakfast they offer is rubbish.

Room clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast in hotel fabulous, staff helpful and lots of choice. Evening meal not so good, fairly tasteless curry and rice. Previous week had a "packed to go" breakfast and it was dire 😫 having been promised bacon and egg sandwich, it was a cold prepackaged one, with crisps, a small packet of 3 digestive biscuits, a yoghurt with no spoon, a bottle of water and no serviette, and it cost £17 😯. A shame that an "airport" hotel does not cater for early flights 😫

Booked hotel room as had 4.30am checkin. Room was a tad dated but clean & comfortable. Tried to get early night but foot traffic outside room went on until about 1am and soundproofing was non existent. Finally gave up trying to sleep at 01.45. Not a hotel for early nights.

All staff across the whole hotel were friendly polite and professional, it gave a good vibe/feeling for my overall satisfaction of my stay. Parking charge is too high, I don’t see why a hotel guest has to pay £15.00

Staff at reception were very friendly, professional and helpful. Provided with a room upgrade which was very welcomed and unexpected. Room was capacious and clean. However, the easy access bathroom was a tad tied in its condition and the 'back rest' on the cistern could do with replacing as all the wipe clean coating has perished. Even though the option to change pillows were provided, it would probably be good if a soft pillow out of the 4 were already available in the room. All 4 pillows were of the same firmness and having perhaps a soft option in the room would have been good 👍

The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast choice was susbtantial and delicious. The staff were very helpful. However I was woken late at night by a dog barking in a room close to ours and again at 6.00 am and 7.30 in the morning .
