My room didn’t have a wine bottle opener and the hotel didn’t have one but sold a corked bottle of wine 😑 The water faucet on the sink wasn’t working. The rooms are old. The pull out sofa is the most uncomfortable one I’ve ever laid on.

We had a nice day other than the $4.20 charge for a recapture parking fee. I’ve never heard of in my entire life. It’s not a big deal it’s just I think it should be given to the customer staying at their hotel before they get checked out. I hate surprised, fees, or surprise charges
