For one thing orbitz had the room for $53 Total and it charged my credit card $61. I get to my room and the heater did not work, i called the Front desk and they said oh didn't they tell you,,, NO THEY DID NOT. so they said they would get me another room, and that they would not charge me for it, what a joke ,i should hope not. They gave me another room i went to it and opened the door and It was already occupied.. now I being a woman alone that just scared me to no end. 10:30 at night.so i go back to the office for the second time they gave me another room and I went to take a shower and it was as dirty as the first room, good thing i had my own cleaning Supplies , next morning I go to leave and the front desk said oh I heard about all the trouble you had let me give you a donut for all that trouble, hahaha

staff was friendly, had to get another key due to 1st key not working, hole punched in bathroom door, room stank, sheets seemed clean but bathroom could have used more attention. stains on toilet seat and sink didnt seem clean at all. particles and dust in sink. shower floor looked nasty

No heater in room working

Stayed 2 nights to work clearning roadways during a winter storm. Heater in room didnt work i reported it said have someone look at it anyways night 2 was bitter cold in room. Didnt help the cant understand much english at all.
