The room was in fair condition, the staff was good. The key coder didn’t work the first day. The fridge didn’t work. Definitely a hotel that needs updating. Everything seemed worn.

Check in and check out was not great. Front desk employee was never around, even after following their instructions to get ahold of someone, no one ever showed up until nearly 20 minutes later. The building had tape in a lot of places. Instead of fixing something, they taped it, but not even in a way to hide it or blend or even in a way that actually worked. The room itself was decent. The AC worked well. The TV cut in and out, the mirror closet didn't latch, because it was broken, they tried fixing it with electrical tape, but it didn't hold. The bathroom had some issues too, the toilet seat and lid were practically coming off, the tub was decent, but the was a hole in one of the corners that had some small bugs in there. Not super great. The towels they gave us, on of them had stains on it. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of options, but was pretty decent. The ladies cleaning and working the breakfast were really nice and super sweet and they are the only reason I would even rate this place a 3. For what you pay a night, I would've expected your normal hotel experience, not this one.

Building needs to be renovated; there was a lizard in the bathroom when I got there: the sheets on the bed were stained; the equipment in the fitness center did not work; there were no towels or water in the fitness center
