We are a Riverside County Good Neighbor Short Term Rental, Certificate #228 (previously Permit #RVC-538).

Nestled on five acres in the heart of Temecula Wine Country, the cottage boasts gorgeous vineyard views and several wineries within a short walk or drive. This lovely three bedroom home has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay in beautiful Temecula Wine Country. Schedule a horse drawn carriage ride or a hot air balloon adventure. Visit the petting zoo & gourmet chocolatier. Take a run through the vines, walk by the lavender fields, or play a game of disc golf on our nearby private course. on five acres in the heart of Temecula wine country, the cottage boasts gorgeous vineyard views and several wineries within a short walk or drive. The cottage has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay in beautiful Temecula.

Walk through the vineyards to several local wineries, or spend time sipping wine with your friends at the cottage, set on five acres, with gorgeous views of area vineyards and other beautiful foliage. Pick seasonal fruit from our trees, enjoy a dip in the spa, or take a stroll around our beautiful neighborhood. In the immediate area, you will find access to hot air balloon rides, horse drawn carriage winery transport, horseback riding, and even a petting zoo featuring miniature animals.

Out of respect of our neighbors and in accordance with our Good Neighbor Policy and the Wine Country Noise Ordinance, we do not permit parties, large gatherings, or amplified music at the property. We observe outdoor quiet hours from 9:30PM until 8:00AM, and all outdoor conversations and other noise must be at a low volume during these hours. Yelling/shouting, excessively loud conversations, and amplified music are prohibited. The maximum permitted noise decibel is 45 during daytime hours and 25 during designated quiet hours. This property utilizes noise sensors to monitor decibel level and to ensure the guest count matches the reservation.

Guests not included on the reservation are not permitted at the property, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon in advance. We live very nearby, and any unapproved parties or events are made known to us very quickly. Violation of these policies will result in termination of the rental agreement, and guests may be asked to leave; no refunds will be issued in such cases. Fees will be assessed for any damages, excessive trash removal, confetti or cigarette butt collection, and/or extra cleaning or repairs.

This house is exceptional. Perfect for 2 couples who want privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub, eating on the patio and watching the hot air balloons landing in the yard. Jennifer thought of everything for a wonderful retreat.

My daughter and I enjoyed staying at this house, which is surrounded by vineyards and close to the starting point of hot air balloon trips. The location is close to Galway Downs so it was convenient for us. Jennifer made us feel very welcome. This is a lovely house with roses surrounding the front porch and a beautiful patio and hot tub in the back. No complaints at all - everything was positive. We also enjoyed the spa treatments at Southcoast Grapeseed spa.

Adorable Cottage!

Our stay was perfection! The cottage was beautiful, very clean and within a very short drive to all of our favorite wineries! Our host was fantastic, taking the time to share about her favorite wineries, coming by to fix a clogged faucet and graciously mailed one of our belongings that was left behind after our departure. We highly recommend this beautiful spot and will definitely be back in the future!

Lovely Property with amazing property manager

I loved everything about this property. It is spacious and very nicely appointed. Loved the quiet location, yet very close to vineyards. Wonderful inside and out. Enjoyed the outside deck. Relaxation in the Vinyard

The cottage is wonderful in every way! The setting, in the middle of a vineyard, is beautiful. It is quiet and relaxing, and a great place to either sit and enjoy the patio or walk to a great winery. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we cooked at home one night and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a nice bonus too. Our host Jennifer could not have been more accommodating, and I would consider her one of the best hosts we have had. Thoughtful, helpful, and a very nice person. We would definitely return for another visit here. Love the house and Temecula wine country.

We love the cottage!

Me, my sisters and our mom have been staying at the cottage for a long weekend every December for a few years now and we always have the best time. We love the location and watching the hot air balloons. The home is so comfortable, especially the beds. Jennifer is such a kind and wonderful host and we look forward to coming back next year!

A beautiful cottage in the vineyard

We loved our stay! The cottage is super cute and in a great location. Very clean, comfortable bedding and well stocked. The owner had a welcome bottle of wine and lots of snacks and chocolates for is as well. It was perfect!! We cant wait to go back!

Great Temecula House

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house had everything we needed. The location is great and very close to many of the wineries. Perfect location for wineries near by

This place is a hidden gem. My friends and I rented this house for our friends wedding at Falkner winery which is a 7 min drive. The bedrooms were so big. The kitchen had everything we needed. Jennifer was very helpful with our arrival.

Cottage among the vineyards

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage among the vineyards. The cottage was well appointed. The location might be considered remote by some but we loved how quiet the surroundings were. It’s good to get away from city noise. Our host was always available to answer any inquiries that we had. Beautiful Cottage in perfect location.

We absolutely loved our stay at Evelyn’s cottage. It was great to be able to walk to some of our favorite wineries without having to drive. The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. You could absolutely see and feel the pride of ownership with furnishings and extra special touches that make you feel at home. The owner was extremely attentive and stayed in touch even though they were on vacation that week. Highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back!

A Perfect Place to Stay

This is such a quaint property. Plenty of room for our family, amazing views of mountains (one covered in snow) and the cottage was surrounded by so many wineries. We were in town for a family wedding, and we made the most of our trip by visiting Laguna Beach, the San Diego Zoo and Safari, Palm Springs and Joshua Tree State Park. I would return to this property again and just enjoy all it had to offer. The owner was so accommodating. We highly recommend staying here!
