Staff was unprofessional. The guy in the front desk didn’t greet he just said “what”. Also when we left and handed him the cards he didn’t say anything just grabbed the cards and ignored us. Very rude.

Showers don’t get hot, have weird sprays with no purpose. Missing do not disturb signs and curtains falling down and the elevator was broken for half the stay. This is not a super well maintained property. The daytime staff especially the woman at the front desk with dark hair and lip ring was nasty and rude as hell. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the delightful night desk gentleman Mickey! 5 star customer service and I wished we only dealt with him and could have made up for a lot of the property’s failings.

We only stayed for 2 nights and were advised that cleaning of our room would not be available which was okay with us. I think breakfast should be extended to at least 10 am. Also when you have people (men) you need to stay on top of cleaning (elevator& the floor where they are staying).

We did not stay with our pet and I recommend that you do not stay at this hotel if you have a pet. Their policy is that you can never leave the pet in the room. Period. You cannot leave room for 10 minutes to get breakfast and bring to room, you cannot go to get ice etc. Expedia told us one thing and this LA Quinta told me another. Rather than have a diplomatic conversation the AGM was surly and rude. Additionally, this hotel is in a seedy area, all side doors should be monitored closely.

I expected a cleaner property in general. The area around the hotel is quite run down and the hotel hallways smell like post smoke. Many of the staff members are friendly but the Assistant General Manager is abrasive and unprofessional. Poor service and a general attitude that guests are trouble from a couple people at the front desk. My husband and I are retired and enjoy traveling together or alone and the hotel management here is one of the worst encountered. Rooms are cleaned every 4 days.

Some of the staff is welcoming and helpful. I am not sure what is happening with the assistant manager at the front desk, she, rude on several occasions and seemed to be on some sort of power trip. The hallways smell of pot and the area around the hotel could be better maintained. The side doors are compromised and several people just walked in without keycards so would say to stick to the main entrance. Seems they must be having staffing problems as room service is only every 4 days.

Very clean, staff was always helpful. The free continental breakfast was very basic but plentiful and cooked well. 24 hour coffee was also appropriated. The hotel is well located to all the Temecula sites. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend the hotel for those visiting the Temecula area. (This is not a luxury hotel but very comfortable).

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are nice. The area around the hotel is a bit seedy and I felt uncomfortable walking to my car after dark. Stay in the front away from the freeway noise. Do not book this hotel if you have a pet as you cannot leave pet in room, to grab coffee in the lobby or get breakfast to bring to your room. Really. The woman asst manager at front desk was rude on several occasions. Very poor customer service.

Most of the staff is lovely and deserve praise. The woman asst Manager that works the morning shift is incredibly rude and has gone out of her way on several occasions to be difficult. She gave me information that was opposite what Expedia told me by phone. If you do bring a pet as per this manager you are never allowed to leave them in room. Ever. Lastly the door on the sides of the building are propped open often times, so be careful using the stairs. Would not stay again.
