The hotel is very clean overall, and the room was also spotless. The location is great, and the staff are very friendly. I do have two comments: first, regarding housekeeping and bed organization—the hotel has a policy of cleaning and making the bed every other day. I wish this were done daily. Second, the $12 nightly parking fee should be waived. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Temecula.

Your figure you sent us was not accurate. We accepted the conditions of this room because it was too late to change. Will not stay at another Hilton- Garden Inn for awhile.

By far the worst Hilton property. Staff is unhelpful and rude. I saw the front desk arguing with a customer in front of a line of customers. Coffee machine in lobby broke coffee machine in room broke. Housekeeping knocking on my door at 9:30am despite no thank you door sign. Pet friendly hotel but my room smelled of dog and next door had a large barking dog. With so many other hotels in the area I would look elsewhere
