Super clean room. Breakfast area also clean and well organized. Typical breakfast buffet with waffles, eggs, potatoes, etc, but tasty and filling. I always appreciate when the breakfast is included in the room, as well as rhe free parking.

Staff, only one person at front desk upon arriving, she had to go upstairs and take care of something before helping us, she left front desk by it’s self, hotels was fully booked, next day for breakfast only had one person keeping up with having trays filled up with food, waiting for food, coffee not available, had to wait 30 min for coffee. Then I asked for a late check out only 15 min. and she said no due to hotel being fully booked and not enough staff available, hotel should have considered all this before hand to ensure enough staff was available to accommodate a full hotel reservation. Also I’m sure I paid when I did reservation on the 4th, had to pay there as well because it said I hadn’t yet. I will be checking both my credit cards activity and will be in touch if I was charged double.
