The location is good a lot of restaurants nearby but our room had ants they were literally crawling up on me. There was no rooms available when I arrived so the only one available had a portable AC unit attached to the window. Which they offered a discount but the ants was not good!

The hotel needs to be upgraded and cleaned. The carpet on the stairs and throughout the hotel was dirty. The room was old and carpet dirty. Needs to be painted and furniture updated. The location breakfast and complimentary drinks were the only thing the hotel has going for it.

The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful, from the front desk, bar lounge, cleaning staff and breakfast staff too. The room was clean but the rug was very worn with stains and I was weary of sitting on the sofa because of the stains on it. Overall, I received value for the money I paid and would definitely recommend Embassy Suites Temecula. Thank you!

I come there often and I’m definitely coming back. The staff is so nice. Shout out to the African American lady who checked me in (unfortunately, I don’t remember the name) but she remembered me and she safely kept my pillow from the last time. She’s always sweet, warm and professional!
