Clean room. Ac was in working order and the room was always comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I made a fresh waffle and I was surprised how delicious it was. Coffee was hot and fresh. Will continue to stay at this establishment.

The Manager (Pamela) and Manger’s manager Elie A. committed to do a full refund for one night assuring and reassuring me multiple times yesterday changing the time when the refund was going to be issued to come back today to retract! Had to clean the room myself Sat night and run Dow to get trash bags and towels because the crew member who I was told on probation, forgot to clean my room and the manager had no one to send me the towels, and I had to go get it myself. This is after they knew the coffeemaker’s pod spewed out coffee smashed all over my sweater and coffee maker had to be replaced. Horrendous management and they can not even keep their own commitment to make up for a horrible Stay.

Clean rooms and nice staff. Walls are very thin so be prepared with ear plugs. On Sunday the neighboring plaza was extremely loud with a person cleaning with an air blower past 10pm. Restaurant is also noisy in the morning so try to get a room in the opposite end. Hotel has walk ability to old town which we love.

Check in was terrible. A sign saying no one was there at the check in counter. A lady kept popping in and out but never said a word. Other guests arrived and were waiting too while the same lady sat in back doing who knows what. We must have waited 10 or 15 minutes. Eventually the lady hidden behind the counter asked another guest if she could help them.
