Outside our room was a pile of dirty clothes. When entering we immediately noticed that the room hadn’t been vacuumed because there were hair rubberbands and wrappers on the floor. The room smelled awful and I tried to wash my hands but the sink wouldn’t drain. The bed covers were all messed up and when we tried to get a refund we were turned down including our deposit that we had just paid. We decided to check out and go to another hotel even though we lost our money. Horrible experience.

Room was clean and the hotel is close by Old Town which is a plus, but it was quite noisy and I was woken up multiple times very late at night/early morning due to other guests ooutside.

Highly overpriced for what you got but of course it was Valentine's Day weekend so it was super hiked. We arrived early. There was no room availability so we drove around for seven hours until we could check in. The pool area is pretty sad. You can tell it lacks maintenance. It's just weird to see the employee at reception having their lunch and trying to answer your questions while they had food in their mouth. Isn't there a break room for them to have lunch outside of public view? The only thing positive about this place is that the $100 deposit was returned the same day of checkout aside from that, no thanks won't be returning.

Don’t stay here! It’s more of a motel and extremely run down and dirty. There is little to no attention to cleanliness and when staying somewhere, this should be the priority. Spend the extra $49-$60 per night and stay at a better hotel nearby. Not worth giving this place a dime I was mortified to have my kids and parents stay here. I’ve learned my lesson… you get what you pay for…
