The family unit was spacious and clean and fit our family of 7 comfortably but the hot water wasn't working and for $315 a night that was really disappointing. Also the towel heater overheated and daughter burned her hand on it and it was a potential fire hazard. I don't like giving bad reviews but to me these 2 things were a huge oversight for a premium rated top 10

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I hope you mentioned the HWC issue to the team at the time as we take this type of issue very seriously. I will ensure Maintenance checks this out immediately including the towel heater. We can't fix these things if we don't know about them and it's not something we test every time we are cleaning.

As a family of 5 with 3 small children, we found the grounds to be extremely family friendly. Our ensuite cabin was emmaculate and fully functioning. The friendly staff were helpful and even delivered a portacot to our door! Thanks for a positive experience!
