Everything was good except the hot water took a long time to get to the bathroom. While a hotel system to re-circulate the water might be a big expense, the cost might be offset by the expense of water. Otherwise we loved the space and location.

I was visiting Tampa on business, but I felt right at home. The place is more spacious than a hotel room, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again if I were in town.
