The noise right outside my door was ridiculous, laundry room, pool operations, and an ice maker that obviously needs major repairs or replacement. When the noises got so loud that the highest volume on the tv wasnt enough to hear the tv i called front desk to request a room change, the response i got was shocking. They offered to move me to a room with broken heat but they would bring in a space heater, i declined given that it appeared the motel would easily burn to the ground with any faulty space heater. When they offered a refund around midnite, i suggested i wear headphones and they could comp my night….declined..never again

Shower was dirty, had a bunch of hair on the floor, only one dresser and two of the drawers do not open, came back to the room at 9:30 pm and there was some guy standing by our room smoking weed, no local tv channels.

It's a great place to stay in Tampa for a great price. Plenty of free and convenient parking; it's more of a Motel than a Hotel as you can pull up with your car directly to your room. The rooms are big and spacious, it can be a bit noisy since the rooms have connecting doors which don't much isolate noise from the connecting room. The beds were a big squeaky but comfortable. I stayed one night for a business trip and I would stay again. The breakfast and lunch at the attached Restaurant is amazing, big portions and reasonable prices too.

It was an amazing stay! When I arrived my they let me know the water in my suite was being fixed which I did not mind at all. They even refunded me a night which was a bonus as i wasn't expecting that at all. I stayed in the Delux suite which was amazing size. The washroom I absolutely loved. Very accommodating. Great Cafe attached to property with alot of options. Their staff are super nice and welcoming.
