I never stayed I ended up getting a refund immediately before getting settled in upon arrival I walked in my room got hit in the face with a bad smell in the room the sink & tub was discolored from lime buildup I refused to sleep in a environment like that when I expressed my concerns with the host he immediately got offended told me” return your keys then” was very rude

When we first arrived we were given a room that was not what we ordered. They moved us to the right kind of room but it was on the 3rd floor. The elevators were out of order and me and my disabled husband had to climb the stairs with luggage. I need knee replacement surgery and this was not an easy task. It was 2:30 and we asked about the restaurant and was told it closed at 2:30. Then asked what time the lounge opened and was told it was closed down as it was an outside bar next to the pool that was closed down. It was late that night and when we went to go to bedand moved the pillows, there was blood on the sheet under the pillows. When we told the clerk when we checked out and she was indifferent to it like that was normal. Also the jacuzzi tub did not work and flooded the bathroom. Not a good experience at all

The room was not clean. The elevator was broken and we had to drag all of our suitcases up the steps. No view. This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. I am sure it was great 25 years ago.

The place is under construction. There is chain link fencing around the back and side. The pool is disgusting, not usable, the palapa palm umbrellas are deteriorated and not at all attractive. Heavy use of bleach or cleaning products made the room unusable, gave me an instant headache. There was no window in the room. Looked like a murder room next door with dripping bleach solution out the door. Lots of deferred maintenance. WE DIDN'T STAY!! Made an alternate reservation. So sorry, the guy at the desk was nice. There IS a Chick-Fil-A next door. We have no knowledge of the suites in the main building.

The hotel is in disrepair. The pool is closed and has been for months, fine, they sent an email prior to the stay notifying me. They neglected to say that the ELEVATOR is OUT OF ORDER! We had to go up multiple flights in a dingy stairwell to our room. The room itself is old and outdated. Blinds that were torn. They did have a smart tv. Expedia should not be even offering this place.

The staff was so friendly and the building is so beautiful. I love the neighborhood and restaurants nearby as well. I made a great choice. The pool is closed until May and the elevator doesn’t work right now. But because of the staff I love the hotel anyway.

As son as you walk in, you smell mold. Elvator out of order, pool is full of green slime, etc.. My 3rd floor room (using stairs), was clean and adequate. The facility needs an entire renovation. It has great potential, but needs a lot of work.

The staff was very friendly.However we requested no air freshener and the smell of it was terrible. The room was large but very outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable. The room next door was in and out all night and even tried or die knives at one point.. we and to leaving at daylight
