The home offers a fully fenced-in front and back yard with a 24-foot front porch and a 55-foot back deck complete with a pool table, outdoor living room, and yoga/calisthenic exercise area.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
Bedroom one comes furnished with two twin beds, bedroom two provides a full size bed, bedroom three provides a queen-size bed, and bedroom four offers a king-size bed. All of our mattresses are Zinus Memory foam known for their feel and comfort. A full-size sofa and extra linings are provided in the living room space if additional sleeping arrangements are required. The optimal amount of guests in our home would be 8 people, but the home can host up to 10 people if you’re willing to work with one another or draw some straws!

KITCHEN:
The home offers a full-size open kitchen concept. It is fully equipped and offers new quartz countertops with a 3-person barstool seating arrangement, grey shaker cabinets, and stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove w/ oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You'll have the basic kitchen necessities to prepare your meals (silverware, pots, pans, and plates). Additionally, we provide a Keurig coffee maker, assorted k-cup options, creamer, stirrers, sugar, blender, salt, pepper, water bottles, and cooking oil.

LIVING ROOM:
One of the best things about going on vacation is making memories with friends and family! Our living room is designed to provide the perfect space to do just that! Our recently built entertainment center boasts a 65-inch ROKU smart tv where you’ll be able to log into all your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, HBO Max, ESPN +, and many more! The 60-inch electronic fireplace provides the perfect backdrop for you to turn on the heater on a chilly night or just enjoy the vibes provided by the electronic flames. Whether watching TV together or enjoying a card/board game, our living room is set up to entertain!

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the entire main home, designated parking space for up to 3 vehicles on the right side of the driveway in front of the main door deck area (side of home parking is for a separate mother-in-law suite situated in a private fenced in area in the back of home). Full front and back deck access and fenced-in back yard.

Additional parking is available outside the front fence area in front of the home if necessary, please ask before utilizing this space.

Other things to note
In an effort to maintain the premises secure, our home is equipped with four exterior ring cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside of the home.

Please ensure to park on the right side of the driveway as you enter the property, this ensures that the separate parking space on the left side of the home is not obstructed and there is no flow of vehicle issues during your stay.
