My first night, the night club across the street kept me awake past 1am. I requested and received a new room the next morning. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Convenient to RiverWalk and the Tampa Rowing boathouse.

Though the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room service was horrible. The Room was not serviced as scheduled until we complained (other guests also complained about the lack service). Towels provided were not enough and there were no sheets in the room for the sofa sleeper. And one of the elevators was out of service.

The first room we were given had a broken air con system and would not heat up. We were then recommended a taxi firm for a transfer to the cruise terminal and were charged 80 dollars for a 3 mile trip. We felt as if we were ripped off.
