Hotel was recently renovated but there were no convenient electrical outlets for the coffee maker. Also the only device charging outlet nest to the bed was in the light fixture was was above one head. Not very Convenient

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was assigned a room in a building separate from the main lobby. When I arrived at this building, I noticed groups of men in the parking lot engaging in inappropriate and suspicious activities, which made me feel extremely unsafe. Since I was traveling alone with my child, I did not feel comfortable getting out of the car, as I did not want them to see me entering the hotel room alone. I went to the front desk and informed the receptionist that I did not feel safe and requested to move to a different hotel. However, she told me there was nothing she could do and that I would have to wait until the following day. The next morning, I returned to the front desk to request a refund for at least one night, as I had originally paid for two nights but did not want to stay another night due to the unsafe environment. I was unable to sleep the entire night due to excessive noise, people in the hallways, and inappropriate activities taking place in the parking lot outside my window. Despite explaining my concerns, the receptionist informed me that they were unable to provide any refund or cancellation.

Bad Experience

This hotel is located in a very bad area full of homeless and it is very sketchy at night. I do not recommend this hotel for families with little ones. The front desk had some attitude at the time of checking, they did not make eye contact when talking to us and have some entitled attitude. As if they are giving you the stay for free. Some of the hallways had a very strong smell of marijuana. It’s run down on the inside. Room was ok. AC is very loud. In our stay at night around 2-3am we heard loud people fighting outside the door. In the early morning housekeeping comes to clean with a speaker with loud music.

This is a decent property for a night before a cruise. The front staff desk was very friendly. Its clean for the most part. The biggest issue is the lack of security at the main lobby, seemed to have random people entering the breakfast area in the morning.

The staff at this place was very friendly and helpful. Cedric went out of his way to set us up for transportation to and from cruise ship. Even though the area has homless around the hotel and its grounds were very safe and clean. Would stay there again.
