Need extra sleeping space? A convenient Murphy bed in the office area provides flexibility for larger groups.

During the winter months (October-March), guests can enjoy complimentary pool heating to ensure a cozy swim experience.

External security cameras are present covering the front door and patio area as well as the rear entry patio doors leading to the pool.

Guests can turn on the hot tub and pool lighting at their own discretion, however I would ask that guests be courteous to neighbors and respect the quiet time hours.

If you want to bring your pet with you, we offer a set of dog stainless-steel bowls and also an XL dog bed. All Pets are required to be well-groomed and pest free. Pet Cleanup is expected and enforced.

Please note there is no grill at the property.

Please note there is a concrete parking pad in the rear of the property where an RV is in storage. The RV is locked and empty, and access to the RV is not included as part of booking the property.
