The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. I’m ok with “we’re not full service” but that does not mean “no service”. There was no cleaning in the room unless we specifically asked, we had to go to the front desk to get towels and pillows, we had a plumbing problem and there was no maintenance person available to fix it, there was no milk available at breakfast and when you tried to call the front desk from your room there was no connection. It seemed for most of the time that there was only 1 person working in the whole hotel. Not only a service problem but could be a big safety problem. We will look elsewhere the next time.

I booked this trip through Expedia, for two rooms. We get to the hotel, the front desk woman says “ you have one room!” I showed her our Expedia reservation clearly says 2 rooms. I need to get the manager, he comes out looks at the computer and States” it’s Expedias fault!!! Need to call them. He says I have 1 more room. It’s $75 more. I had to take it . Called Expedia ( very nice customer service person). They say, No. the holiday In over booked. They will straighten it out, with in 2 hours holiday Inn corporate called said check credit card. Money has been returned. Awful front desk service

Clean, but loud.
Very clean. The one problem I have is that it was very loud. Someone somewhere had their TV very loud and was walking around. Thankfully I travel with earplugs so I popped those in. There is no carpet in the rooms so I suspect that is why everything so loud (and so clean).
