Staff was excellent, the breakfast was exceptional, but the room itself was slightly dated, and unfortunately slightly unkept. Upon entering the room, I observed the toilet contained feces and multiple other minor issues to include food crumbs on the floor as well as a fairly large buildup of dust in and around the AC unit. Not terrible but not the best at this price point.

I thought the staff was very friendly. I wish they offered some type of free breakfast. There was a pacifier left in the room on the side of the bed we noticed when we woke up. We do not have children that young. Also a half eaten apple next to the fridge and I question how clean the room was we stayed in. But over all the rest seemed clean and the hotel was nice.

Accidental guest

We had to book a hotel last minute when our flight home was canceled. Hilton Gard Inn was easy to book and the staff was very friendly. Shuttle to airport early in the a.m. was wonderful perk.

This hotel was immaculate. Very easy location. Friendly front desk. Loved the digital checkin. Parking is plentiful ..very easy to get in and out. Great location if you are going to the airport or stadium. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again.

The unfortunate part of my stay is we went up to our room pretty late after having a great dinner and meeting new people. I turned out lights and went straight to bed. When I woke up the next morning I noticed the following stains on my sheets and comforter which meant I slept in whatever it was. I was so disgusted. The fortunate part is housekeeping was right outside and came in and changed everything and even took pictures to document. They were amazing. Other than that there were no other complaints.
