Nice easy spot to stay if you need quick access to Tampa airport, was only 12 minutes to take back the rental car. Took us a minute to find it because it was dark already, but the unit was very clean, and the manager was responsive and super nice. Good value if you need a small spot with kitchenette and great shower.

The house was super clean and communication was excellent. The only thing was our toilet clogged, but he came right away and fixed it for us and there were no problems at all after that! I would 100% recommend this place.

It was just what we needed. Living an hour away, we decided to find a place close to TPA for our 7 AM flight. It was 12 minutes away from TPA. The bed was good, I have a bad back and I did well. Separate parking pad made it easy to get in and out. If I fly again at 7 AM I’m definitely staying here.

The picture is nothing like the property I visited...bad area...horrible experiance all around...I ordered through expedia but was told communication comes through vebo...owner refused to give me a refund although i never stayed there...went to the place and 5 cars in front of residence...I was supposed to walk up to a stranger house...not safe

Rogelio is an excellent host. Air Conditioning stopped working on a hot day. He was very prompt and fixed the unit. I was very impressed and appreciative. Unlike some places I’ve stayed, listing and positive comments were accurate.

Property is small and cozy but sufficient. Adjoining house was a bit loud and the window on the door sketched me out a bit with a 2nd story next door but overall, great place. Rogelio was very responsive and made the place feel like home. Lots of extras like Starbucks coffee, travel sized needs and extra tooth brushes. Could use additional seating for eating but highly recommend.
