Everyone was friendly, helpful and polite. Matthew and Arthur at the front desk were exceptional. Mason, the bartender was out of this world. Carmen and the others at breakfast made the meal enjoyable. The omelets were outstanding. Also the lady at the front desk when we were checking out. Sorry, I forgot her name, but she was friendly and helpful.

For over $400 for one night I expected better. Nacho chips, salsa and fruit all they offer at reception time? So old, worn down terribly. I’ve never stayed in an Embassy suites that was so disappointing for the price point. Will have to leave review on Trip Advisor, etc for others

front desk allowed use of email to get boarding passes printed at front desk. No office computer or printer on site for guests. We had booked two rooms and both of the pull out couch beds for our third person in each room were in need of the mattresses to be replaced. flat and very uncomfortable. the king mattresses were also somewhat lumpy. Otherwise wonderful location near I 75 exit with lots of restaurants and mall nearby
