Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located on the Riverside makes for beautiful sunset walks. The guesthouse is located behind beautiful manicured 1910 home. Walking distance from Armature Works, Riverwalk, Downtown,5 min drive to Water Street downtown, Sparkman Wharf, Aquarium , cruise terminal ,Historic Ybor City, Amelia Arena. Less than 10 min from Raymond James stadium, Airport, Hyde Park Village, MidTown, International Mall. We’re in a FANTASTIC location! You can rent bikes, scooters etc…walking distance. Our bathrooms have Jolie showerheads giving you filtered water for your shower! We also have a 2 bedroom unit upstairs for guests that have a larger group.

A very cozy place to stay for a long weekend trip! Big kitchen (if planning to cook during the stay), clean bedroom! A few places were walkable (15-20) like Armature Works, Spruce/Publix grocery store. Highly recommend place to stay if you're for a getaway!

Unit was as described. Lovely! Quiet neighborhood. Host communication was excellent. Restaurants within 1mi walking distance. New Publix is on the way within walking distance. Would not recommend anyone older than teen trying to sleep on futon ;-) No door on bedroom was a bit odd. Appliances we used worked without issue.

The location of the house was amazing. The hosts were super nice. Easy connects to Uber and or Lyft. Quiet area. The upstairs guest where a bit hectic the second to last night, and there were a few bugs here and there. However, the experience as a whole was good.

I would highly recommend this property. It is a very cozy place in a beautiful neighborhood. It's located close to University of Tampa. It is also close to restaurants and shopping. The owners are on top of everything. I give this rental a 5 stars.
