Are you looking for a unique Tampa getaway? This gorgeous Tampa Lakehouse is the perfect spot to make unforgettable memories. Spend your days by the pool relaxing and grilling, enjoying the firepit, and canoeing on the lake! This charming, spacious home is centrally located in Tampa, and within two minutes to the Casino! Downtown Tampa, Channelside, Hyde Park, Harbour Island, the Airport, International Mall, and all other attractions are within a 10-20 minute drive. Clearwater and St Pete Beach are about a 45 minute drive.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (10 Max).

-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / garage.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors when you leave the home.


Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.

The house is beautiful and clean. Tons of space for everyone. Quick uber ride to the port for our cruise. Pool and beautiful view of the lake. Very quick to respond if you need anything. Would definitely recommend.

This home has everything!

This home is very spacious and has great ammenities. The view out back over the lake is breathtaking at sunset. All ammenities were as advertized. There is something to keep everyone entertained. The only drawbackfor me was the placement of the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, but they are basically adjoining. Not a deal breaker, just doesn't suit our needs for a family home. Overall great place and i would recommend to anyone for a damily trip.

Awesome property!

Highly recommended! This place was perfect. Totally clean, super well-equipped, and very comfortable. I would have stayed there rather than going out at all. The water equipment was great as was the pool, pool table, outdoor longing area and the covered area. Will definitely book again.

This house was very clean. It had everything we needed to cook meals at the house when we didn’t feel like going out. I would definitely book again next time we are in the Tampa area.
