Are you looking for a unique Tampa getaway? This gorgeous, South Tampa pool home is the perfect spot for an unforgettable time. Spend your days by the beautiful mini pool / hot tub, relaxing and grilling. This home features 4 bedrooms (one bedroom being detached from the home with a private half bath). It is centrally located in South Tampa to close to everything! It is within a few minutes to restaurants on the water and just 10-20 minutes from Downtown Tampa, International Mall, Raymond James Stadium, the State Fairgrounds, Casino, Zoo, Busch Gardens, and so much more. Stunning beaches are within a 30-40 minute drive.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (8 Max).

-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock the doors when you leave the home.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.

The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make several meals. Our pets were comfortable. The beds were super soft and made for good sleep. Nice bathrooms. Plenty of towels, linens, etc. We had a very nice stay!

The property was amazing. Well maintained, comfortable beds, in a quiet neighborhood. The location is lovely. Highly recommend. Will definitely book again if we are back in the area.

Sunny Spacious and Serene Great Value

Very safe quiet more upscale area of Tampa. You can feel the sea breeze from the bay and get a great tan in the large private back yard. The house is very spacious and fully stocked. Close to everything including the bridge to Pinellas county beaches. Great communication from the hosts who are very helpful and welcoming. The beds are nice, I slept great in the master king bed with great working quiet fan and thick curtains. HUGE walk in closet with full length mirror was neat. I would say the interior could use a fresh coat of paint and maybe a new kitchen table to make it as nice as the exterior. I would stay again and recommend to my firends.

I was actually booked at a 4 bedroom on the other side of town. I agreed to a move because of maintenance issues. There were only accommodations for 6 people and we had 7. I asked for an extra blanket and was told one would be delivered. It didn’t happen and we used pool towels. It sucked.

The home is clean, and set up nicely for visitors. The location is fantastic, close drive to everything. The neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely stay again
