Very clean and well taken care of and had everything we needed, including coffee. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, I cannot speak to the other bed because we did not use that room. We were centrally located close to everywhere we needed to be for the visit. The neighborhood is a bit run down, all neighbors we interacted with seemed very friendly.

We spent a week and a day here. Our host was very helpful; sending information ahead of time and also being very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. It was our “home base” while we did site seeing and also attended a couple spring training games during our stay. The house was more than spacious enough for the two of us, and even fine for accommodating a couple friends who stopped by while we were there. It was very clean and had all the basic needs of “home”. We cooked in several evenings and the kitchen had all the cooking and dining utensils needed. Overall, it was a great experience and we would rent this property again!

Location was convenient for us - neighborhood so so. Inside looked as it was presented but lr furniture was so so - not comfortable enough to sit and visit for a while. Adequate for the price. Minor improvements needed were mentioned directly to the owner. This old girl - me - didn't like tv access, so I depended on my phone for tv watching.

Townhouse is in very bad area. First night there, had bugs that appear to be spiders come out of my cpap and humidifier machine. Had to buy bug spray to get them gone. Toilet lose from the floor. Furniture in living room was extremely uncomfortable and we had to buy a queen air mattress just to sleep on the bed ( extremely uncomfortable) air conditioning upstairs sounds like a jet about to land on the place ( very noise) and the AC is controlled buy owner. Neighbors throwning trash in can you have set out on trash days and all over the driverway. Good thing i seen the cabinet drawer at the end a of a very small narrow driveway or i would have had damaged tires on my car. I dont recommend this place. Owner was nice up til i told her we left before our checkout date and she asked why and i told her. Then the attitude she gave was totally unprofessional. Yes i was going to extented my stay only because i needed help moving to another place and once my son seen where we was staying and the issues inside the place and the neighborhood. He came and got us out of there. Its was very convenient to the Moffit Cancer Center, and she did supply extra

At first, I was a little concerned about the neighborhood, but it was actually very quiet and peaceful. The house was super clean and well equipped for our stay. Our host provided great information and responded very promptly to my questions. 100% would stay there again!

So Close to USF! Very Clean and Adorably Decorated!

My husband and I took his oldest daughter (19) and her boyfriend (20) to visit University of Southern Florida and stayed here. It was just perfect! Very close to USF, only an hour from the beautiful Anna Maria Island beach. Extremely clean and just like the pictures on the VRBO site. Full kitchen, comfy beds, nice bathrooms! Nice cold AC. Owner VERY EASY to communicate. It was always only minutes before I got a response. I was very impressed all around and if his daughter chooses USF you can be certain that we will rent here again if it is open when we visit her!

Comfortable and affordable

This is a great little townhouse very near Moffitt Cancer Center where my wife had a week of treatments. Rather than Drive every day from Ocala, we stayed here. It was very comfortable and affordable. It was less money than we would have paid for a motel nearby. Strongly recommend.

Great Place!! Would definitely stay again!!

This property was cozy and had everything we needed for a two night stay! Property is newly remodeled and everything was in great working order. Beds (and even the pullout couch) were comfortable. The neighborhood appeared a bit impoverished, but was quiet and in a good location. We walked to Busch Gardens and there were plenty of food establishments in close proximity. Communication with owner was easy and very responsive! Thank you Dana!
