Your hotel mislead us a nice room free breakfasts and snack. When we checked in our staying the room was very small and crowed for 4 people. There was no space in the room to go around. It was my worst experience staying in your hotel. I had to rebook a single room for myself. Due to the room offered to us with 4 people was too small.It was a terrible place. I was not happy with staying. I travel far to visited the country and relaed but found the hotel was terrible staying.

The front desk staff were not always friendly. They kindly held my luggage before check-in, but they seemed very annoyed. Also, I waited at the front desk about 30 minutes before my 3 PM check-in time, but they let customers who arrived after me check in before 3 PM. It might depend on the accommodation plan, but it seemed like they were changing their treatment depending on the person. I felt that I and other customers who were patiently waiting were being neglected. It may be a reasonably priced hotel, but I don't think I'll be staying there again.

Paid $200 a night for a dump that can barely be considered as a hostel. Lobby looked like a pile of storage, rooms, head a dump air in it with a strong smell of mold. Hotels.com should be ashamed for putting any number on it.
