Good hotel

This hotel is value for money, especially for a family of 4. Cleanliness is normal. The only thing we do not like is that the room does not have a heating system. It can get pretty cold in winter. Otherwise, this is a good hotel to stay in.

Spend your money to a different hotel. The hotel carpet is filthy, curtains are mold, the lobby and the room smell mold. Elevator operates dangerously. Several staffs are not friendly at all.

The bathroom and shower were clean. But the carpeting had multiple deep stains. Also, there was a dirty wheelbarrow outside the elevator door during the entire time of my five-day visit. It felt as if my floor of the hotel was a work site.

The hotel is a bit run down but with such price you should not expect much. (Some room has newer facilities a bit) . My room has water leakages from aircon so they changed room for me right away after 10 mins . Staff is super friendly, location is convenient, walking distance to Taipei main station

Great location accessible to everything. We had Comfort double so good size with a window. Beds and pillows really comfortable and all very very clean. Rooms well equipped with complimentary snacks . All staff were great. Only downside was the a/c was freezing and did not respond to changing temperature but can live with that. Would we stay again, most definitely yes.

Wonderful staff, helpful and very friendly. The rooms were alright - decent amount of space for a queen/twin room, but noticeable stains on the walls and ceiling. Didn’t mind it too much since we were out and about for most of our time in Taipei (price was also reasonable). Great location, walkable area - near a big park, museums, attractions, etc.
